Toshiba Compatible Labels & Ribbons NZ

Thermal labels and ribbons for the Toshiba TEC range — B-EV4T, B-FV4T, B-EX4T1, B-EX4T2 and B-SA4TP. Toshiba's industrial printers use near-edge printheads that need specific ribbon formulations — we stock both flat-head and near-edge compatible ribbons.

Toshiba desktop printers

The B-EV4T and B-FV4T use a 25mm (1") core on rolls up to 127mm outer diameter. Ribbons are 110mm x 100m coated-side-in (CSI) on desktop models — verify with your specific model before ordering.

• Toshiba B-EV4T: 4" thermal transfer desktop — barcode and shipping labels.
• Toshiba B-FV4T: 4" thermal transfer entry desktop — light-duty barcode and dispatch.

Toshiba industrial printers (near-edge)

The B-EX4T1, B-EX4T2 and B-SA4TP use near-edge printheads with a 25mm ribbon core, up to 600m ribbon length. Near-edge ribbons have a different backcoat and release layer than flat-head ribbons — using the wrong one damages the printhead.

• Toshiba B-EX4T1: 203/300 dpi industrial — wax-resin near-edge ribbon for high-volume barcode.
• Toshiba B-EX4T2: 203/300/600 dpi — resin near-edge ribbon for small-text and chemical labels.
• Toshiba B-SA4TP: mid-range industrial — wax-resin near-edge for dispatch and asset labels.
