Zebra Compatible Labels & Ribbons NZ

Thermal labels and ribbons for every common Zebra desktop and industrial printer sold in New Zealand — ZD220, ZD420, ZD421, GK420, GX430, ZT230, ZT411 and ZT610. All our label rolls and thermal transfer ribbons are ZPL-compatible and cut to standard Zebra core and width specifications.

Desktop Zebra printers

The ZD220, ZD420 and ZD421 use a 25mm (1") core on rolls up to 127mm outer diameter. Common label sizes: 100x150mm shipping, 101x73mm courier, 50x25mm barcode. Ribbons: 110mm x 74m or 110mm x 300m, coated-side-out (CSO).

• Zebra ZD220 / ZD230: direct thermal, 4" desktop — courier and shipping labels.
• Zebra ZD420 / ZD421: thermal transfer, 4" desktop — barcode, retail and asset labels with wax or wax-resin ribbon.
• Zebra GK420t / GX430t: legacy thermal transfer — 25mm core rolls, 110mm ribbons CSO.

Industrial Zebra printers

The ZT230, ZT411 and ZT610 use a 76mm (3") core with rolls up to 203mm outer diameter, and 110mm x 450m ribbons coated-side-out. For 300 dpi and 600 dpi models, pair polyester labels with a full-resin ribbon.

• Zebra ZT230 / ZT231: mid-volume dispatch — 76mm core labels, wax-resin ribbon.
• Zebra ZT411 (203/300 dpi): high-volume barcode and asset — resin ribbon on polyester for chemical or outdoor use.
• Zebra ZT610 (203/300/600 dpi): heavy industrial — resin ribbon for small-text barcodes.
