Terms of trade

1. Introduction

These terms of trade govern the purchase of goods from Precision Waterjet Ltd, trading as Service Labels NZ ("we", "us", "our"), through our website at servicelabels.co.nz. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Business customers

Our products are sold primarily to New Zealand businesses for commercial, industrial, and operational use. While consumers may purchase from us, our products are designed for business labelling applications and may require technical knowledge for correct specification and use.

3. Pricing and GST

All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST at 15% unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability, final pricing, and freight estimates are confirmed during checkout or quotation.

4. Orders and payment

Orders are accepted when we issue an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order. Payment terms are specified at checkout. For approved business accounts, payment terms may be agreed separately in writing. Orders are not processed until payment has been received or credit terms have been approved.

5. Delivery and shipping

We deliver to addresses within New Zealand. Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on product availability, courier schedules, and your location. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Product specifications

Product images on our website are representative. Technical specifications supplied with each product govern compatibility and performance. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for your intended application. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.

7. Returns and refunds

We accept returns of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (where applicable) and the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017. Custom-made or specially ordered items may not be returnable unless faulty. To arrange a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from the supply of goods is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Precision Waterjet Ltd or its licensors and is protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws. 10. Governing law
